Kate was the agent for a 3-bedroom apartment that we ended up purchasing in the inner south of Canberra. She made the extra effort to show us the apartment a second time during a weekday morning, so we could check out details we had missed during the initial inspection. She communicated quickly with the owners to relay our offers and questions, and always got back to within a day, or on the same day, and her communicatons with our mortgage broker and conveyancer also helped the process go smoothly. In the end, we felt like she was genuinely happy to see us ready to move into our new home!
