From finding trades, to advice on what work was critical / important / unimportant to do to get ready for sale, her guidance was invaluable. She was with us every step of the way. We recently engaged the services of Kath and her team from Remax Elevate to assist us with the sale of our unit. From our very first meeting Kath and Jacob were energetic and excited about the property. This energy and enthusiasm for the property and Kath’s local knowledge of the suburb flowed through to her securing a record sale price for the suburb. We could not have been happier with the outcome. She is an excellent communicator, manager and salesperson, but an even better person - she's warm, kind, and has a lot of integrity. She is uniquely skilled at selling without compromising the truth. I was incredibly impressed that Kath gave us 100% of her time and attention while our house was on the market. As a result she was always available - to manage the sale and to talk things through in detail. Kath even organised all the work needed to get my house into a perfect condition for sale. She certainly earned her commission! Her sales partner Jacob was also exceptional, and they obviously make a great team. Selling is stressful, but Kath made it easy. I never want to go through the process of buying and selling again, but if I do, I would choose Kath without hesitation.

Placing an aged loved one into a nursing home is not an easy decision. Neither is selling her home of over 50 years. The day we engaged Kath to help us with this task was the day we felt at ease. Her beautiful caring nature for others helped us all relax and feel totally comfortable knowing that she was going to sell this house as if it were her own. Any questions or problems we had were responded to straight away, and answered honestly. Nothing at all was too much trouble. We were so happy with the whole process of the sale and would recommend Kath to anyone.

When we decided to sell our home in Annerley, there was only one person we knew to contact - Kath Chown! We had seen and heard nothing but great things about her professionalism, expertise and her warm and encouraging demeanour, especially at what was a daunting time - we had never sold a house before!! Kath met with us go over everything that might be required to prepare for the sale, and complete some paperwork and really look into the plans of 'how soon' and 'what do we need to do' - and we set the date for only 7 weeks later for our first open home. With a list of recommended trades to assist with some small jobs, we had the place ready to be photographed in 5 weeks (due to then it being Christmas/New Year); and by the morning of our Open Home, we were feeling confident of a great sale under Kath's management. Everything went so smoothly, and we were thrilled with multiple offers, and a great buyer of our home. Once again we could not thank Kath enough, not only is she passionate about the area/location that she works in, but even more so, her authenticity and desire for both buyers and sellers achieving a great and happy outcome is so evident with every interaction.
