Kath knows the market well, and works closely with you, with absolutete professionalism and genuine support for selling or managing your property. The tenant had a years notice after my mother passed away however sadly stopped paying rent the last month and looked like she would not leave. Kath was wonderful in how she went to the property everyday to help ensure tennant was supported to leave as it was also very stressful for the wonderful purchasers as well. Kath managed the whole process really well especially with the difficult situation at the end.
