We bought a house 'on the fly' in Beechmere. Kath was fantastic from the outset in being available to view the property at a time that suited us - we were only in QLD for 4 business days. She gave us good insight on the area and recommended solicitor, pest and inspection company, and other trades to do building checks on the property. She is very easy to work with. So good she's now managing the property for us until we move there in a few years.
