Katharine was the 5th Agent I had talked to regarding potentially listing our property. Her knowledge of the area, the type of home we had and the buyer who would best suit the home was outstanding. Katharine was a breath of fresh air in her approach, her explanation of the process, her handling of the listing & the eventual sale. Katharine gets the job done and makes it seem effortless. We had no problems throughout the entire process. We had an older style home, renovated and took great pride. Katharine was able to convey all the finishes to potential buyers and identified the actual buyers as 'these are the ones' on their first open house visit. True to her word, they bought. Other realtors had shared that we could look at $70k less than what Katharine predicted and achieved. Imagine that - $70k! She was getting the price the home was worth and the price we needed. She negotiated wonderfully and we accepted at the $ amount we needed - she assured us, it is priced right and we will get our buyer. Nothing was ever a problem for Katharine. We went on an overseas trip and left our home staged. Upon return at the first open house, Katharine had offers, but we held out until our buyer was revealed. We didn't feel nervous, we instantly felt we were in the right hands with Katharine. Many have said Katharine can't get a price, which is a great incentive for her - she will show them how! I couldn't be more thrilled with the sale of our home to owners who love it and will enjoy it for years to come. Katharine will be our Realtor when we choose to sell our existing home in the future, as she knows the market, understands, listens, hears and gets to work.
