We appreciate Katherina and her team at Ray White for trying to get the property presentable before we took occupation, they were probably as disappointed as we were with the condition the vendors left the property in. 4 stars as the property lacked maintenance in a number of areas that maybe should have been picked up earlier but presented as all good. We have had plumbers, pool cleaners, pool fencer, chimney issues and garage door repairers all through in the first week. Previous Vendor even took all the gas bottles and left empty ones so we could not get gas for 3 days. Tough Purchase but can only get better with the lovely people in Kurrajong.

Kat and the team were simply fantastic. As very nervous 'first time sellers' that were crazy enough to list bang in the middle of a pandemic, it was Kat's enthusiasm, energy, and honesty about our home that made us happy with our choice of agent. As the home was listed and inspections began, my stress levels rose dramatically, but Kat always kept her cool and was able to ease my worries by talking me through the process and keeping me updated on what was happening. We sold for a little under price expectations, but due to covid and the cooling market we accepted it in order for us to move on, and really hope the new family who bought our home love it as much as we did.
