Katherina and Gavin have a wonderful team , nothing is too much trouble, always answer your questions and never make you feel awkward. I was happy with the time frame it took to sell my property, not so much with the outcome, this was not Katherina fault it was the the flat market and the negativity of the press alongside the Banks cracking down on lending. The one complaint I have is the over valuation of house at our first meeting.... mid $700's, John and I never thought this to be a true indication we were more hopefull of mid to high $600's. The sale price soon sorted that out. Having said that we respect Katherina and Gavin, and their amazing team, especially Deb she also needs to be thanked.

We had a great and fast sale, Got the contract and paid a deposit nice and quick which was great. And no unexpected complications. So a very good experience so far.
