We first met Katherine about 12 years ago when we purchased through her. We were very impressed with her exceptional local knowledge, professionalism, courtesy and keenness to understand our needs. While continuing to live elsewhere, we purchased to keep in touch with close family in the area with our plan being to keep it about ten years, when we envisaged we would need to reconsider our ability to continue to maintain two homes and make regular 1200 km round trips between the two as we got older. Almost eleven years later as we came to the point that it was time to start thinking about selling, there was no doubt in our minds that it was Katherine we needed to get advice from. From that point, to us finally deciding to sell took us about 14th months and Katherine without hesitation gave us great professional, honest and practical advice during this period. She was always very pleasant and courteous and at one point when it was evident a quick sale could have been secured, she was very helpful, gracious and understanding when we decided that then was just not the right time for us. She quickly negotiated good offers, with us accepting one within a few days of it being listed that was better than we had hoped for.
