Katherine helped the reviewer sell this property

Katherine James safe in her hands

Katherine was 1 of 4 agents to appraise our home. Instantly we knew she was the #1. We trusted her to manage the sale of our most expensive asset. With her more then 30 yrs experience she knew exactly what the property was worth. Katherine screened all viewers to check that they were finance ready and only showed the ones that were potential buyers into our home. This made us safe not only to cross off would be thieves, peeping Tom’s and anyone potentially carrying COVID19. I said is that more work for you? She said that’s what I do. This was the biggest financial decision of my like and honestly I feel I was gifted Katherine from a higher power to take care of us through the whole pretty stressful process. Katherine James is one of the most humble experienced professionals I’ve ever had the good fortune to engage with in my life. A big shout out to Kenny the sign still stands after cyclone ALFRED. What a team. Appraisals from other agents are a waste of time. Just get Katherine James to sell you house/ home life’s savings. It’s not in her to disappoint. Thank you Katherine S.C Mills
