I am so pleased with my choice in selecting Katherine Legaspi to sell my home and highly recommend her. Katherine was cery positive and enthusiastic about my house and saw its value, and how she would be able to ‘sell it’ to prospective buyers. Of the four quotes I received, Katherine’s was the most ambitious, the other 3 just saw my property as just another 3 bedder and thought it was worth 30-40K less and wanted higher commission, so i chose Katherine for this important role. Throughout the journey Katherine kept me regularly updated with the pre-sale arrangements, hooked me up with a great local conveyancer, Homecall, and a staging business. The images of the house came up a treat and the ad was online straight away with open for inspection that weekend. Katherine regularly updated me with the outcome of each open, following up with interested parties. Katherine did tell me the market was a bit slow (with the interest rate hikes) so i was not expecting results immediately. After 3mths the right offer came through, $20K more than the nearest other quote so i was very pleased. I Was pleased to hear from my neighbour that Katherine told the property sharks to buzz off (offering way less to if they could get cheap buy, given the market) and did not waste my time in letting me know about those. She held firm, committed to selling the house for what it is worth. Our patience and resolve paying off in the end. One point i would make is that Ryders should do a proof read of the online advert to fix any grammar /spelling errors before publishing
