Our home, on a large block, located in an inner city suburb Like most properties in Newcastle at the moment, it was never going to be difficult to sell. Dare I say anybody could have sold our property. So why did we select Kathie as an agent and why would I recommend Kathie. We had a fair idea of what we wanted in the way of price. Initially, I was hesitant to engage an agent because I thought the sale of my property was pretty straight forward. After speaking with Kathie she assured me that she could get at least 5% more for my property than I was convinced it was worth. I decided to go with Kathie and I realised she is just a superstar. Knows her stuff, easy to communicate with and just gets it done. In the end, she secured 8% more than I was willing to sell for. She is worth every cent!
