Overall a great experience with Kathleen and her team. As it was our first time purchasing, we had allot of questions with the process which we received very quick responses and timely information. We were kept up to date throughout the buying process. Also excellent communication between ourselves and the sellers as we had to accommodate changes to our settlement date.
