Kathleen and her team are very impressive in that, individually and as a team, they showed great command over the sale process. I think their communication with us was their real strength. When we had an idea, they had either already done it or quickly implemented it. They were easy to get hold of and were happy to discuss anything. We also had regular and comprehensive discussions leading up to and following each house open. The net result of this is that we felt part of the sale process and were very comfortable with the outcome.
