Having met Kathleen as buyers we were confident that we would work well together and we have been blown away by Kathleen's commitment, communication and work ethic. Our property was tenanted and we were keen for our tenants to leave prior to the end of their lease. Kathleen negotiated respectfully with our tenants to achieve a good outcome for both them and us. Kathleen listened and understood our circumstances and gave us excellent advice with regard to preparing the property for sale. She also helped to organise and liaise with contractors. The property went on the market as planned. Kathleen enlisted the help of Matthew Allan for the first three open homes in the first week. They welcomed over thirty independent groups through our property and facilitated a contract from multiple offers within five days of the property being launched to market. We were very happy with the outcome. Kathleen continued her excellent customer service all the way through to settlement, keeping in regular contact with us and our buyers.
