When we first met Kathleen we knew right away we reached out to the right person. She is simply extraordinary in her approach to her work and the people she deals with. Kathleen and her team represent what we call Real Estate with a Human Face. Kathleen and her team (Trudy, Hayley and Megan) were exceptional to deal with right from the beginning. Kathleen is very professional and clearly has extensive knowledge and experience in her field. She is transparent and trustworthy, no surprises along the way, what you see is what you get. She was sensitive and understanding of our needs and absolutely honest about everything we needed to know prior and during our selling journey. She is super organised and efficient, which made it so much easier for us, especially in preparing our home for sale, no detail was forgotten. She is an extremely good facilitator and negotiator.
