Kathleen was my first choice of real estate agent, due to her strong community presence and reputation within our area. I had several agents to meet with but, after the first five minutes talking to Kathleen, I was prepared to cancel all other appointments. She is honest, down to earth, easy to talk to and extremely organised. As someone who had never sold a property before, she was a saviour. I did not need to worry about a thing! Everything was very clearly explained and documented and I felt very supported throughout the process. I was never afraid to call with a silly question and Kathleen was never backward in offering help, assistance, advice, whatever we needed and at any time! She will absolutely be my go-to for any future property ventures.
