It was lockdown in NSW and how would we view properties. It was fine to view online but we wanted to physically go and view. We fitted the criteria and permits had come in and we were doubly vaccinated however other real estate agents had said no they would not accept people from The Greater Sydney Area. We saw this property online and arranged with Kathleen for an online viewing. Kathleen when she presented herself was so welcoming and friendly. Any questions we had, going back and forth showing you different views, panning her camera around nothing was an issue, going upstairs or downstairs, explaining anything you asked. We asked Kathleen if we got a permit that day could she see us the next day for a viewing, and Kathleen was more than willing. We got permits, contacted Kathleen and we made an appointment for the next day. Kathleen was always in contact with us knowing we were travelling from Sydney to keep us updated of her ETA. We viewed this property and knew it was the one. We had an issue as we explained to Kathleen, as we would not be settling on our house until November would the vendors be happy with a three month settlement. Kathleen was able to make that happen and we paid the deposit the next day. Kathleen has been an intermediary since then. The vendors wanted to offload some furniture as they didn’t need it and Kathleen has helped out there with emails to make things easier for us. Kathleen has her clients interests foremost and is transparent in her dealings with the buyer. We respect that and would expect the same. We are excited to move but sad to leave our family home but this home is also a family home and our adult children are excited for us.

Selling your home and moving to the country can be stressful at the best of times, however, doing so during lockdown adds another dimension. Kathleen had to work even harder to ensure we received the best service all while taking enquiries and personally conducting private inspections. We were always kept informed of progress and never did we feel she wasn’t trying to achieve the best result for us rather than just a sale. What a fabulous experience! Kathleen is amazing and with Kathie working hard behind the scenes they really are the A-Team.
