As a buyer

My initial comment is that review systems don't allow me to show a result just short of absolute perfection - in this case the experience was great, good communication, flexibility as we navigated the process and decisions, and a great outcome in the end I think that represented a balanced result for buyers and sellers... I am walking away happy. But being an old-fashioned curmudgeon I would have provided 4.75 stars because nothing in life is perfect. The true test however, if I need to purchase or sell in the future I have my go-to person.
