We had lived in Eleebana for 15 years and always had a feeling that Kathleen would be the right agent for us and we were proven right. We hired Kathleen when we unexpectedly needed to sell in a hurry to buy another house and we were overwhelmed by all the things we thought we needed to do. We needed wise advice and Kathleen gave us a plan and expertly guided us to put our efforts into only what REALLY mattered (which was cleaning up our yard and improving street appeal instead of painting inside of house and replacing carpets). That took lots of things OFF our 'To Do' list straight away! Kathleen then immediately supported us through the process of putting an offer in on the house we wanted to downsize to in another area and we got it!!!
