I was though disappointed when I offered the asking price (which was accepted) and then had to renegotiate and compete with another buyer to secure the property even with a reasonable signing period subject to provision of the strata report - reflects poorly on the industry's integrity - but all's fair in real estate I guess

Even though she is a sales agent she even helped us look for properties to buy and gave us a lot of information. When selling our property we had an overseas trip booked and she effortlessly worked around our different time zones for us. We cannot recommend her enough! Just amazing.
