Kathy is a lovely person but she is also perceptive and knows what a seller needs. She is very aware of the local area and puts heart and soul into every sale. Kathy sold my house at a time when personal circumstances required a quick sale - and she did just that, allowing me to move on with my life. I cannot recommend her highly enough - thank you Kathy.
