I believe that Kathy did a great job with the sale of the property. I feel she negotiated well with both the buyer and seller to obtain a realistic and fair price. Her after the sale support was also good as it makes me want to do further business with the group. Well done.

Kathy was a pleasure to work with on arranging & selling my unit. She was very professional. 😃 I would give top marks except for a financial misunderstanding which may not have been caused by Kathy. Pity it wasn't sorted in a personal friendly way by her office instead of distressing me.

Kathy is an energetic agent and a lovely person with a warm personality. We were always of the belief that she would strive to get our house sold, and she did within month, which was great after no luck with getting even an offer under another agent we had for 6 months and had to drop. We went to Kathy at Belle and she did the job for us.

When Kathy took on the sale of our home, she took on a property beside a railway line with an uncertain settlement date and 16 years of clutter. With her positive attitude and personal manner, she guided us through the clutter to help us present a home that was unrecognisable to our family and friends. She then recognised our buyer at the very first Open House, two days after listing our property for sale. Her advice throughout the negotiations was invaluable and within two weeks we had achieved a record sale price for a railway property in our area. But Kathy's work was not finished. The settlement date could not be determined until our existing title was realigned into two parcels of house and land (a further complication Kathy had to negotiate in the sale of our home). This required Kathy to regularly communicate with our buyers through the six months before we could settle on the property. Kathy's encouragement and patience throughout this process was second to none. We cannot thank her enough for her support and for achieving the price we needed to leave our family home.

Kathy was highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. She patiently explained details we did not understand and was always good humoured, knowledgeable and we felt in very safe hands. We would warmly recommend Kathy.
