We were very pleased with our decision to sell our Cornubia home with Kati Hempenstall and Belle Property. Kati is an excellent communicator with unrivalled local knowledge. We listed our property in a rapidly changing market (right as multiple interest rate rises commenced) which meant our initial expectations for a quick sale at near top dollar pretty quickly went out the window.
