Well refined communication skills and a keen interest in all things property have been an outstanding combination and the driving force behind Katie Harley being in the industry since 1999. Katie commenced employment at Ray White Dubbo in June 2002 after three years in a property management role. Working in a variety of roles from this time to 2009, Katie left to start a family of her own and we are very fortunate that she returned in February 2015. Katie seemed destined for a career in real estate after winning the Real Estate Institute Orana Division Novice Auctioneer competition for two years running. She then went on to compete at a State level, becoming runner up and in the following year winning the title from a field of eight. Having worked in all divisions of Real Estate, Katie has found her niche within the sales department. A genuine love of Dubbo combined with the fact that she has built, bought and sold several times provides her with a unique level of empathy that will ensure she is the right salesperson to guide you through the process of buying or selling. Katie prides herself on being a professional and conscientious member of the sales team. Her calm and friendly personality and the satisfaction than she derives from knowing she has helped someone with one of the biggest decisions of their life, will ensure that Katie will always work tirelessly in your favour. In her spare time Katie loves nothing better than spending time with her husband Mark plus their two boys Lachlan and Benjamin. Catching up with friends and finding a few moments to herself to read are also high on her list.
