We were first interested in engaging Hocking Stuart Epping as our agents after Katie sold a house in our area. After reading many positive reviews, we were already half-sold on engaging her as our agent. At our first meeting with Adam and Katie, we were taken away with their enthusiasm.  They came well prepared with a proposed campaign schedule and portfolio of recently sold properties in our area. More importantly, we didn't get the feeling that they were just telling us what they thought we wanted to hear. They have a great camaraderie and you can tell that they enjoy working together. Katie was very supportive and caring throughout the campaign, she really seemed personally invested in getting us a positive outcome and made it feel like we were dealing with family instead of just an agent - this is markedly different to our previous experience with other agents. At our opens, Katie would always arrive in a timely manner and assist with turning off all the lights and closing the blinds while providing us with feedback.   On the day of the auction, we witnessed Katie tirelessly working and encouraging the buyers. The entire campaign ran smoothly, with Katie and Adam at the helm.  We are very pleased with the price we achieved, and are confident that no other team could've delivered the same results. Our neighbours even commented that we had great agents and they were thoroughly impressed.  We would have no hesitation in using Adam and Katie again - they are a great team and we are so happy.
