Buying or selling a house can be a very stressful time and looking for the right agent to represent you can be very overwhelming. The last 15 years I have bought 2 houses through Hocking Stuart and when the time came to sell, we knew that Hocking Stuart was one of our top 3.We wanted to do the right thing and we got agents from 3 other companies to come and give us a market evaluation and one of those agents was actually managing the property when it was leased, we were very happy with their service. Cutting a long story short Katie Petsinis stood out by far. She is a great communicator, she was honest with us and when she told us she will do everything that is in her power to get us the absolute maximum price for the property, she actually meant it. Ill start by saying block was on the market for 6 months prior to Katie (Hockingstuart) taking over, best other agent could get was 20% below actual sale price. There are some shonky agents out there thats for sure, but Katie nailed it and quickly! Great to communicate with, not a drainer or hustler, which are common traits with agents. Would highly recommend Katie!
