As remote sellers it wasn’t as straightforward as other sales might be. With repairs and fixes before getting the house on the market, there were a few delays and miscommunications. However once the property was on the market everything happened very quickly, less than a week, and Katie managed negotiations very well. The buyer needed a quick settlement and made an offer that was in our range and we were happy to avoid holding on and going to auction so it was good for both the buyer and seller.

Katie's knowledge of Williamstown was extensive and very important to us as sellers given we didn't live in the area.
