Whilst Katie demonstrated fair market knowledge, she started off by providing us an overly optimistic price range. This made the sale less then satisfactory when she came back with a reduced range. The purchaser also could not be persuaded to increase their offer. This was in contrast to their request to us to delay settlement. We were encouraged to accept the lower offer to avoid the risk of an auction and we were still charged significant fees despite being clients of Williams for many years (they were our property managers). We were very happy with the service we received from the property management team, and would have no hesitation recommending them. We could not say the same for the sales team.
