Katie Smith was great to deal with from start to finish. Communication was always clear and timely, and she was more than happy to answer any questions along the way, which made the whole process feel a lot easier. I was handling things on behalf of my parents who are based in Sydney, and Katie made what could have been a stressful situation feel really straightforward.
