Tough property to sell but Katie got the job done.

Selling a property like ours was never going to be easy but Katie was up for it. Despite some favourable statistics Katie had to get honest with the markets perception of this home and worked hard to highlight its key strength - the location. While we hoped for a higher return ( who doesn't) we are grateful that Katie was able to get the property sold in a reasonable time frame. She was always available to answer questions and provided a steady hand throughout the process. We are now free to move on and I thank Katie for making it happen.
