This is the second house Katrina has sold for us, and both times we have achieved a sale within a few days and at a price above our expectations. I enjoy working with Katrina because whilst she is friendly and easy to communicate with she is also very professional. Katrina knows the market and is happy to give advice about presentation, price range to aim for and how to pitch the house to the market. She puts effort into selling the house now, not just sitting back waiting for a buyer. In the case of our current house she sold it in two days, at a price we were very happy with, and that was on Christmas Eve.
