We sold a house through Katrina in the middle of the pandemic while we resided in another state and therefore could not get to Tasmania to do anything to help with the sale and clearing out the property. To say that Katrina went beyond what was needed would be an understatement! Katrina staged the property herself and sold the property inside 7 days at the right price! From there she kept going though - she sold the car at the property, sold other items in the house, helped arrange the removalist, had work done to the property, arranged removal of rubbish and arranged cleaning. This was just crazy! Cannot speak highly enough of Katrina. The best customer service I have received anywhere, from anyone.
