With tenacity and determination these two ladies were able to fend off would-be stallers and line me up with a real buyer with real promises and most importantly real cash. After a rough start with a less than completely honest buyer, Katrina and Penelope had a second interested within a week, and the property settled in 30 days. Please note too that their agency was 15% cheaper than their closest rival, thats a few grand more in my bank than I had first anticipated so thumbs up :)
