As a vendor under pressure to sell within a specific time frame, I could not have asked for more. I had originally listed my property with another agent who, it seemed, wasted precious time with an uncommitted buyer. I then found myself in a situation whereby I needed a buyer and contracts signed within a month. In a not so buoyant market, , Katrina and Penelope found a buyer, negotiated a price and, despite some contractual glitches on the part of the buyer, had signed contracts delivered within the time frame. As well, they sought to assist me in arranging for management of a rental property in Wings and have advised on apartment upgrades to enable me to maximise my investment.
