Her knowledge and skill of the market is irreplaceable locally I was quite unwell at the time and Kay shielded me from much of the stress involved She was always ready to negotiate with me on details of pricing and stopped me from being too soft on pricing and repairs All in all what could have been a painful sale was delightful due to Kay. As gorgeous inside as out and very reliable

My experience with Kay right from the start was so wonderful , Kay held my hand through each step of my downsizing . Kate is an absolute delight to deal with HOWEVER !!!!! In hindsight I should’ve been more thorough in reading what I was actually buying . I unfortunately totally believed what I was told verbally about the property I was buying and the advertising was very miss leading . I’m now in a property that doesn’t actually suit my after work hours lifestyle … Very very disappointed and so are many others that now know that I was mislead .
