My experience with Kay right from the start was so wonderful , Kay held my hand through each step of my downsizing . Kate is an absolute delight to deal with HOWEVER !!!!! In hindsight I should’ve been more thorough in reading what I was actually buying . I unfortunately totally believed what I was told verbally about the property I was buying and the advertising was very miss leading . I’m now in a property that doesn’t actually suit my after work hours lifestyle … Very very disappointed and so are many others that now know that I was mislead .

I am so glad that I chose Kay with the task of selling my house. The pressure was on with a flight to the UK on the horizon plus a sudden decision to list the property a few days before Christmas. However, Kay has gone out of her way to show interested parties my property, even coming on public holidays. At one stage I suggested she had a bed here!
