Because of all the State Governments restrictions on Real Estate agents,and particularly their inability to be able to show potential buyers through a property, we felt this would be a very long process. The Government had stipulated that people could not be shown through properties until the end of October at the very earliest. At that stage we thought we might be lucky to get a result in 2020 and it may stretch into 2021. However despite such severe restrictions Kaye was able to achieve a sale during September with an October settlement date. Outstanding. Brilliant work.
