Kaye was a delight to work with, nothing was too much trouble and she was always eager to assist. I would highly recommend Kaye to sell your property.
Kaye has done an extremely poor job in helping us to sell the house.. She was inattentive - for example, it took two (2) weeks for her to place the "SOLD" sign on the outside billboard or no proper "Inspection" signs during the house showing period. She'd also missed our appointments and wasn't focused when she was present... There was also confusion (?!) about the offers from the ultimate property buyer.. Buyer's deposit funds couldn't be verified due to her being busy on the other projects. In our opinion, she practically destroyed all the Fletcher brand goodwill during this transaction. I strongly DO NOT recommend for any prospective sellers to work with Kaye..
No hesitation in recommending Kaye to anyone wishing to deal in real estate. Totally professional and ethical. We will deal again.

Kaye won this commission from a field of four because she demonstrated initiate, drive and strong communication skills during the period I was assessing "which agent". I was not disappointed and while my price target was above the consensus expectation of agents, Kaye perservered, sought out buyers and negotiated to meet my expectation. She also came up with helpful local contacts to help deal with some disposal issues on the property. I was happy with the outcome and would use Kaye again.
They used to say as a service provider you should strive to delight the customer. i.e delight them by exceeding his or her expectations. Albeit during this engagement I think Kaye and the team have done a fair job I would say they have not exceeded my expectation. The price I received was a good price not an exceptional price. Why do I think that? They have a strong relationship with developers which they should have but have forgotten who was paying the bill in this instance. I felt they could have pushed harder to get a better price. But the developer will continue to bring them business. I may or may not. Post sales support and process - I think they need to look at their post sale processes. i.e. as soon as the sale was completed the communication stopped and it was like trying to pull teeth to get information on process and how the tenants in the property that was sold would be managed post the sale. Even today there has been almost no communication with the managing agent as to who will mange the property going fwd and how transition will be done etc. So as soon as the sale is done you are dropped like a hot potato. I am disappointed that this agent is touted as one of the better ones in the area yet my experience was not an agent that really went above and beyond to delight me.

Our dealings with Kaye Hoverd were a pleasure. She has a warmth and sense of humour to combine with her undoubted professional approach which helped us view all aspects of selling our home. Having lived in our home for 49 years we were very appreciative of all the information she provided us with to get the best results for the sale especially when the going got tough. She also after the sale saw a property in the area we wanted to buy in that she thought would suit our needs perfectly although not advertised by Fletchers. It was perfect for us so her insight into to what we really wanted showed a personal interest in us as clients, a quality always valued.
