I first approached YPA a few months prior to selling my property in Sydenham for general information regarding the sale. Kayla visited the property, after making an appointment with me , and after carefully viewing the property offered me advice regarding how to present the house, market trends and prices specifically in the area , and the procedure and costs associated with the sale. Kayla then phoned me closer to the date on which I had indicated I would sell the house , no reminder was required , I was very impressed even at this early stage. My paperwork with YPA was signed on a Friday , the following Wednesday all the sales team visited my property , they offered any constructive advice necessary , in fact that very day I had 3 inspections of the house!. The open days had been scheduled, by mutual consent, for the following Thursday and the next Saturday. The property had been inspected by 15 potential buyers over those 2 days. The photographs had been organised ( once again by appointment ) , brochures printed and newspaper advertising scheduled. Only 15 days later from joining with YPA I had a signed contract.
