Just a quick email to let you know how things went when we arrived at our new house. When we first arrived we saw the previous tenants old couch and table on the nature strip which prevented us from parking our cars there as we needed the driveway free for the removal trucks. Then we saw how unkept the front garden was, both of these you would have seen yourself on Thursday while waiting for us to come for the final inspection but failed to give us enough time or make your self available. Once inside there seemed to be a smell coming from the kitchen which turned out to be the overflowing bin the considerate previous owners left us I believe that they moved out a couple of weeks ago so it has been sitting in the warm house all this time.Outside was another surprise. Not only was the back yard grass knee deep but there was dog faeces everywhere ,even under the pergola. That was a lovely experience picking up boulder sized poo ,The back yard stunk. The kitchen was filthy inside and out ,I am only.I would have thought that they might have taken the time to wipe the benches and cupboards down.To imagine that they had their plates and glasses in the cupboard is beyond comprehension. My partner was Jessica was so overwhelmed by it all and so disappointed she almost cried. We decided that we had to get a cleaning company in the specialises in end of lease style cleaning ( I have attached their bill for you to forward on to previous owners ) It was a husband and wife team and they spent 4 hours on Good Friday (so we paid higher rates)and 5 hours on Saturday .Weeding ,mowing ,whipper snipping only to discover that the council bins where all full, they also had been sitting there for 2 weeks, so we then had to do a tip run (invoice also provided) to empty the bins and take all the grass waste. The bathrooms and toilets were gross .Then kitchen itself took the cleaner over 4 hours to clean on its own.The build up of grease under the range hood, the burn food particles in the oven
