When we engaged CHN we didn't have a lot of time to sell and Qiao and her team didn't waste anytime getting things started. From our first meeting to the first open day was 5 days. The work Qiao had to organise in such a short period of time was truly amazing. I could tell she had a good relationship with the various contractors such as the house staging company, tradesmen, the advertising and photographer people as they made themselves available with very little notice and they got things done at a good price. During the sales campaign we felt like we had a whole team working for us. We had regular updates, our messages were promptly responded to and if we needed quotes or extra work done Qiao organised this for us. CHN keeps an extensive record of who attends open days and who makes enquiries etc so they have a good idea of who the serious buyers are and they always follow through with potential buyers who have showed some interest in the property. Most importantly she sold the house for us in less than 4 weeks for a good price in a difficult market. One of Qiao's best points is that she always thinks ahead and doesn't waste time. For example, when we had our first meeting at my house she brought a house stager along as well to get things started straight away rather than just give me a phone number for me to call and organise it myself.
