After many months on market with conventional agent, switched to Keith and had result within 2 months. His approach is pro-active targeting potential buyers. The amusing video of property, along with usual photos, were also a point of difference. Only criticism is that he often did not respond to emails and phone calls were frustrating due to poor mobile reception. Office staff are very good at communication.

Keith took on the task of selling our property for us, Within a week there was a video online and some amazing photographs. The property sold very well much sooner than expected. The marketing package that GreenJelly provided was exceptional quality and they clearly put time effort and attention into figuring out what will sell the property and figuring out how put that in front of the buyer. We had some complications getting the sale over the line, the team at GreenJelly were impressive and worked hard to get the contracts exchanged. Yes the marketing is more expensive, but they gave me a full refund when we settled.
