Keith was attentive, accommodating and thoughtful, and his colleague before him. He managed to achieve a couple things ie early possession and appliances for us. Great perception of standards we required and was relatively seamless and quick, honest action from Keith. We love our new home and the very clever finishing congratulatory touches. Only negative comment is that Keith needs to work on the photos of property on the web; virtual furniture can be somewhat misleading and more obvious attention should be drawn to the fact that they are virtual photos.
