My negotiation skills are the result of years of training, sales management, business operation and application in Auctions, tender, exclusive agency and are paramount in obtaining my vendors the best result possible. I have been a licensed auctioneer since 1986 and held a full agency licence since 1987, I have taught Real Estate Practices at Cairns TAFE and have been a sales manager for several prominent agencies. I have owned and operated my own real estate agency and there is not much I haven't done in this business.
