We had tried to sell our property a couple of years ago, without any luck, so were a bit apprehensive about trying again. We both really appreciated the phone call from Kaine on the day of the property going unconditional… a really thoughtful gesture. My only feedback is the day of settlement was a bit disappointing, it was an exciting and special day for my partner and I, and to have our final interaction with the business being a receptionist simply pushing a bottle of wine across the front desk and saying ‘happy moving’ wasn’t the spectacular close that we both were hoping for on that day. Overall a very positive experience, just felt really flat at the end…

I recently was looking for a property on the lower end of the budget. Other agents wouldn't respond to my enquiries through email, phone or text. One agent took 5 days to tell me, my offer wouldn't be accepted. Tim on the other hand was in constant contact and treated me with alot of respect. Which obviously I appreciate.
