Highly recommend Keith Prevost. What an exceptional agent, his help and experience was way above what was required. He gave 110%.

I would NEVER recommend Keith Prevost. Do not believe anything he says, ensure you do your own due diligence and fact check everything. On a number of occasions, I would ask a question and was given incorrect information. Then, when it is brought to his attention, his excuses are: ‘that was what I was told’, or ‘that’s not my job!’. Word of advice: Do not let him write any conditions on the Offer and Acceptance on your behalf, because what you ask for will be written in such a way that you will end up paying for it yourself post settlement. It was hard enough dealing with him as the purchaser, and this was a straightforward cash sale. I only viewed the house once and again for the final inspection. He also informed me that he starts work at 9am and finishes at 5pm and does not work on Friday or Saturdays - Keep that in mind if you are trying to sell. Personally, I prefer an agent that will take the call of a prospective purchaser regardless of the day of the week. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
