Keith's market knowledge is great and well researched. He appraised my property and got the price he assessed. He is a very personable gentleman and acts professionally at all times. He returns all calls promptly and resolves any concerns.
Communication was definitely not great, and i think negotiation could have been a lot better. Even though we purchased the property 'as is' was left in a terrible state to clean and termites clearly not mentioned in the house. Luckily we have addressed these issues ourselves quickly and even arranged the key ourselves!
