The process was so quick from having our home put on the market to having a buyer in such a short time. I had another local agent listing my property for sale, she was evasive and provided no feedback after opens, I suggested that I would prefer to sell by Auction but she continually advised against it saying " there was no real benefit" their marketing and photos were poor to say the least, after listing my property for five weeks she had no real offers and one about $100k less than I wanted.
