I truly would recommend this man for you. Either selling or buying He is helpful and sincere he goes further and beyond he is not pushy i have already put people that are about to sell on to him and for good reason. If we were ever to sell again he would be for me. Thanks very Keith
Keith's assistance with the process of the purchase of the home at Dolphin Drive has been much appreciated. A rather protracted effort, Keith has been both patient and supportive, liaising with the seller and providing good advice and feedback to me, the buyer. His expertise and local knowledge has been very helpful and I would surely recommend his professional contribution to both sellers and buyers alike.
Keith was in every way very professional in all areas as an agent during the purchase of my unit . I would use Keith again in an instant
Living 1600 kilometres away, we thought selling our beach apartment was going to be a major challenge. Keith was recommended by a friend and from day one it became clear that we had made an excellent choice. Keith's knowledge of the market on the Island, his thorough inspection of our property and detailed planning for taking the apartment to market was very reassuring. Throughout the whole process Keith kept us well informed, providing timely and detailed updates on each aspect of our sale. There was not one single occasion when we were left wondering what was happening. The negotiation phase was handled in a no fuss, business like manner and in a matter of weeks we were delighted to have a signed contract which proceeded to settlement without the slightest difficulty. We have bought and sold quite a lot of properties but this experience was clearly the best we have encountered. We recommend Keith Wilkins without hesitation and thank him for his courtesy and professionalism.
We have enjoyed selling our home with Keith Wilkins. His manner is impeccable, communication top class and the result was very pleasing. We are happy to recommend Keith.
I found Keith excellent regarding contacts and knowledge within the Bribie Island area. Very approachable, knew the history of my purchase and easily addressed my concerns. Would recommend Keith.
Keith’s knowledge of Bribie Island is extensive as he is a long term resident. He is always welcoming and his friendly demeanour places you immediately at ease. Keith is honest in his communication which leaves potential buyers confident with their property choice. I have no hesitation in recommending Keith for your real estate purchase.
Keith was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was open and honest at all times and went above and beyond with communication and accommodating our requests where possible. I would highly recommend Keith as an agent.
We really appreciated Keith's local knowledge, his energy in promoting our property, his ability to negotiate on our behalf and the understanding that grew on us over the sale that Keith truly was acting for us with no ulterior agendas. He achieved far better results both in setting the asking price and negotiating the end price than we had anticipated. He kept us well informed throughout what was, for us, a very low stress process, and, dare I say it, an enjoyable experience. Well done Keith. You've earned every cent of your commission. Thanks! :)
It was a great pleasure to have Mr Keith Wilkins as our selling agent of our home at Sandstone point, his hand was on the pulse all of the time and kept us informed of the progress of the sale, he was very courteous in his manner at all times to the point that we enjoyed his calling in from time to time just for a chat and a coffee, I would certainly recommend this Man to anybody.
