Keith is an excellent agent! I first met Keith when looking to purchase a property and was very impressed with him as an agent, and knew inturn I would want Keith selling my property! Keith is great to work with, and I would recommend Keith to anyone looking at buying or selling.

Would recomend Keith as real estate agent for buying or selling your property.

I cannot speak highly enough of Keith. He has been a partner in the sale of my home all the way through to the end. I trust his knowledge and integrity and could not have asked for a more understanding supportive agent. He helped me through the hard work of selling a property and made the whole experience that much easier. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

My experience with Keith Wilkins from Knobel & Davis North was nothing short of amazing. Keith was knowledgeable about the property, never put any pressure on us and had answers for any questions that we had. He was prompt in contacting the seller with my offer and was also respectful to the sellers needs as well as my own. Keith answered my calls immediately and if his phone was busy he returned my calls within minutes. I highly recommend Keith and he was a pleasure to deal with.

Keith is a man of the highest integrity. He is totally professional, friendly is extremely knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for his clients. We would recommend any buyer or seller to speak with Keith first. A true gentleman and a great agent.

did everything we asked and more to help my elderly mother sell her house for a great price, I would recommend him every time.

After being on the market for several months with another agent we cannot recommend Keith highly enough. His professional attitude and knowledge of Bribie Island together with his easy going manner meant we had a genuine contract within weeks and our most basic requests (flexibility with open houses to allow for exam study/ensuring the pets didn't escape, etc) were met without question. Thanks Keith for your great service.

Keith was an absolute pleasure to deal with, providing me with a unique experience in finding my new home. From driving me around to inspect multiple properties to opening doors for me, he proved that old fashioned chivalry still exsists...He is a true gentleman! Keith was always available to answer queries or concerns, returning phone calls promptly & delivering on requests. Keith is full of knowledge of the local area & I highly recommend him as an agent! Thankyou Keith for all your hard work, kindness, patience & most of all, finding me my little piece of paradise!

I have worked with Keith on many deals and have always found him to be reliable, consistent, and very professional. I highly recommend him.

I would have no hesitation in suggesting that a prospective vendor or purchaser place their business in the hands of Keith Davis.

Keith has been a first class salesperson and a great negotiator before and after sales we found his sales style the best we have used and we would highly recommend to future buyers and sellers. Trevor and Ivy Manley
